Summer Ready Style
Aqua blue seems to be everywhere right now and it’s such a cool calming color for summer! The two piece set I’m wearing is a chic option for anything from a casual lunch to a dressier occasion. I’ve styled it somewhere in between the two with block heel sandals and a fun wicker bag. I would also wear flat sandals or even a dressier heel with this outfit! I always envision where I would wear things and this set seems perfect for a late afternoon walk on the beach but it also looks pretty nice with my hydrangeas that are getting ready to pop into a million blooms!

I do actually order and wear things from Amazon pretty often! I bought the bag I’m carrying several years ago and wore it to my daughter’s bridesmaids luncheon paired with an Ulla Johnson dress. I love to mix high and low and got compliments that day on my bag and my dress! The shoes I’m wearing are from Dolce Vita and the pair I linked is nearly exactly the same.
Moving right along from aqua to red…this dress is such a great Farm Rio dupe (here’s the one from Farm Rio) that I just had to make an outfit with it! The bag is also a great dupe for this bag from Anthropologie! You don’t need to spend a fortune on every bag…sometimes an inexpensive one makes a big statement and adds interest to your look!
This look is very much a summer uniform for me…anything with a pair of denim shorts and sandals is what I often reach for. The cute boho blouse paired with yellow sunglasses and sandals is cute and casual. I’ve been linking a lot of Lizzy Fortunato jewelry lately and I’m obsessed! I haven’t purchased anything yet…I’m looking…it’s a little pricy, but so fabulous! If you’re looking for something a little less expensive…I found this necklace that would also be nice with the look.
